DA NANG, Vietnam, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- China will not slow its steps in opening up itself, President Xi Jinping promised on Friday.

China will work with other countries to create new drivers of common development through further promoting the Belt and Road Initiative, Xi said while delivering a keynote speech at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit in Vietnam's central city of Da Nang.
